Some tips that I follow!

Make sure to Meditate for at least 10 – 30 minutes everyday. It works to lighten your mind and ease tensions in ways you can’t imagine.

Also, try to do Yoga for 15 – 30 minutes. Besides making the body more flexible, it relieves stress and eases the muscles around your joints.

Drink a glass of warm water with a table spoon of honey and lemon, immediately after waking up! It helps clean your stomach and gives you a fresh start for the day.
