Heroes

A Hero is still a human for life,
Even if others won’t think of it;
Fighting, Saving is what they see,
Not the person who buys groceries.

I asked him what do you do,
When you aren’t making villains scream;
And he talked about watching tv,
Or spending time with his family.

I asked her who flies and keeps a watch,
What do you fear the most as a Hero;
And her reply was just so repulsive,
That tolerant population might go down to Zero.

I asked another about how do you live,
And why do you go around saving others;
He replied that because he can afford it,
Some have to carry the burden on their shoulders.

I asked them – the ones standing at the stage,
If in future, will Heroes still be needed to save us?
And before I could even finish they asked,
The soldiers, doctors and others, aren’t they amongst us?

Humans Evolved.

Alex told her that it will not be possible for him to come to pick her up. It was a Wednesday and he was too tired after work to drive again.

The angel was intently watching as Alex told this to Sharon, how Sharon replied with nothingness from her side and cut the call. He flew up to Sharon’s location and walked up to her.

The angel looked at the human for a minute, and then asked, “Why is it that no one wants to take that extra step nowadays? How come everything has changed so much now.”

Sharon replied, “Yes. You are right. No one wants to take that extra step. Whether it is family, friends or strangers, no one wants to walk that extra mile to help-out the other person. Why is it so? And when did the new generation become like that? The world was already getting destroyed by pollution and humans didn’t think of Mother Earth as important. But now the vicious cycle has come to a point where a human doesn’t even consider their fellowmen, their neighbors or even their family members as important.”

The angel was a little sad to hear the human’s response and replied, “Why did it come to like this? What was the reason for humans to fall in such a deep pit that they couldn’t even ask for help from other people? Does the pit block out all noises from outside or does it not let the victim’s voice reach out? Will humans become accustomed to this loneliness and just keep embracing… themselves?”

“They already are.”, said Sharon as she went her way because of the un-productive questions that the angel was asking.

Emotions: Something that controls us all!

You can have emotions,

But with it comes the burden;

A burden to choose,

Choices that are not so light.

Emotions give us love, Emotions give us life,

Emotions give us fun, Emotions give us fight;

Emotions are something that give us all,

Be it enjoyment, sadness or corruption for all.

Any person will look to support their family,

Because emotions resides inside us all;

Whether it is the president, the police officer,

Or the mafia with the gall.

So then what are these emotions,

Are these anything that makes us live;

Or these are the things that makes us suffer,

And are the reason to cover us in pall.

However, you can agree with the fact,

Even if you are a Psychologist;

No one can realize the emotions of everyone,

The different emotions in us that call.

Happiness is an emotion, so is sadness,

Birth is an emotion, so is death;

Success is an emotion, so is Loss,

Rising is an emotion, so is a fall.

There is no heart without the emotion,

Neither is there love, nor humans;

But corruption too comes with emotion,

And radicalism flows outside the wall.

What we can do is live in the present,

Creating new emotions every minute of our life;

And sharing these emotions with other people,

There are billions of people with us in this hall.

City on Mars is possible

Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, mentioned that human colonies on Mars are possible in our lifetime. He also described the options for expanding to a space-bearing civilization and the advantages of Mars. He compared possible spaceships and rockets designs and performance features.

At present, the major challenge that faces engineers and scientists is the need to reduce cost per tonne of transporting materials to Mars by five million percent.

Musk also mentioned that as seen in history, there always is an extinction event at some point that wipes the entire civilization aka doomsday event. Human will be extinct if they stay on Earth forever. And the alternative to that will be to become a multi-planetary species.

Musk is right. There will be an extinction event in the far future, however most of the people are sure that humans won’t need an extinction event if the current trend in population and pollution keeps growing, leading to a man-made catastrophe.

Souls?

So if everybody has a soul, then as the world population keeps on increasing where do the extra souls come from? Some say many plants and animals evolve to become a human soul, and considering the rapid deforestation, I suppose they do need a body to fill themselves up in. Is that so?
